It's that time of year again for our annual Hawthorne Woods Homeowners Association Meeting! We invite all homeowners to join us for an opportunity to hear updates from Board members, ask questions, connect with neighbors, and contribute to shaping the decisions that will guide our neighborhood in the year ahead. Hawthorne Woods Neighborhood Garage Sale
The association will place Garage Sale signs at the entrances to Hawthorne Woods. Each homeowner is responsible for advertising their sale on Facebook, NextDoor, etc.
Holz Farm Spring Festival
Enjoy a spring afternoon of old-fashioned fun at Historic Holz Farm. The Friends of the Farm and the City of Eagan invite you to learn about life on the farm. Guests will be able to enjoy a hayride, tour the house, and listen to live music! Snacks and souvenirs will be available for purchase from the General Store. Tickets are required for all individuals 12 months and older. Tickets are available onsite or ahead of time at discovereagan.com.
Seal King Seal-Coating Driveways
Seal King will be seal-coating in the Hawthorne Woods neighborhood on May 20 & May 21, 2025. Seal King is offering a special rate of $289 per homeowner. Homeowners are responsible for setting up an appointment with Seal King. You may call or text them at 763-357-0900 to schedule.
Eagan Big Rig Rally
Central Maintenance Facility | 3501 Coachman Pt.
Get an up close and behind the scenes look at many of the big rigs that support the City of Eagan’s parks, trails, and roads. Guests will see mowers, plow trucks, police and fire vehicles, the famous garbage truck, and more! Activities will include equipment demos, face painting, and giveaways while supplies last. The event will be held rain or shine. Help fill The Open Door truck by bringing a canned food donation. Additional parking will be available at Oak Hills Church (1570 Yankee Doodle Road).
Eagan Art House Opening
The new Eagan Art House opens to the public, seven days a week, beginning June 1, 2025. Come by Patrick Eagan Park to see the new building and check out the art in the lobby. Eagan Art House staff created the pieces featured in the first installation.

The Friends of the Farm and Eagan Parks & Recreation invite you to join them for a day of fall fun. Visit Historic Holz Farm and enjoy hayrides, live music, animals and live demonstrations. A special fiddling contest will take place at 1:00 p.m. Did you know that Historic Holz Farm is on the National Registry of Historic Places? This 1940’s era farm brings you back to yesteryear and what farming was like back in Eagan’s early days. Tickets are required for all individuals 12 months and older and are available at discovereagan.com or onsite.
Pinewood School Family Picnic Night
The Pinewood Community School PTO is hosting a family picnic! This is a great way to gather with and meet Pinewood families! Bring your picnic meal, a blanket and your family and meet us on the grass by the playground. If you feel like a lighter snack or want to skip on the packed meal, we will have several food truck vendors available!

Hot Art! Community Iron Pour

Join us as highly trained and skilled artists pour molten metal into open faced sand molds. These molds were created by students in our ‘Hot Art’ Artist Tile Workshops and by members of Igneous Metal Arts.
